ARITS provides software development, design, and IT-related solutions. All projects are executed based on mutually agreed scopes, timelines, and deliverables defined in written proposals or contracts.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials developed by ARITS remain the intellectual property of ARITS until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership of project-specific assets will be transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and schedules are defined per project. Delayed payments may result in project pauses or additional charges. All quoted prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Confidentiality

Both ARITS and the client agree to protect all confidential information shared during the course of a project. We will not disclose, sell, or share client data without explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

ARITS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including third-party integrations or software dependencies.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Any additional requests or changes made after project approval may affect timelines and costs. Such changes will be documented and approved prior to execution.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will remain payable.
