
🎯 Project Overview
The Asia Foundation (TAF) initiated the Oporajita project to equip women garment workers in Bangladesh with future-ready skills amidst industry automation and digitalization. The project involves 15 partner organizations collaborating under the Collective Impact model, with TAF acting as the backbone organization.
To standardize data collection, foster collaboration, and enhance decision-making, TAF engaged ARITS Limited to design and implement a comprehensive program management dashboard.

ARITS proposed and developed a dynamic and user-friendly dashboard that:
Standardizes partner data submissions
Enables real-time data visualization and analysis
Supports cross-organizational collaboration
Provides a centralized archival facility for project data
Ensures scalability and security for ongoing development needs
The solution features modules for reporting, collaboration tracking, logframe visualization, and archive access. A tracked development cycle spanning UX design to deployment was planned over an 8-week timeline.

Prototyping of user interfaces using Figma
Scalable front- and back-end implementation with real-time data processing
UAT rounds with TAF and partner organizations
